Can I collect from a local store?
We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.
Can I place an order for Ramadan or Eid in advance?
Yes! Pre-booking is strongly recommended because Ramadan/Eid season gets very busy.
We also offer early-bird booking discounts for some items.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup from Bartlett / West Chicago area is available. You’ll receive the exact pickup location once your order is ready.

Because our items are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures — we will make it right.
